Tomato and Tuna Sauce with Pasta
1 Onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic
2 tins of canned tomatoes
1/2 cup fresh basil
1 tin tuna
pinch sugar
pinch salt
Frozen peas
Parmesan cheeseSauté onion and garlic until soft. Chop tomatoes and basil. Added with the juice to onions and garlic along with the rest of the ingredients excluding the peas. Simmer on a medium/high heat for 7 minutes. Added peas in the final 2 minutes. Serve on pasta with shavings of parmesan cheese.
