Smoked Fish Pie
1 large Onion quarters, 1 cup of Milk, Bay Leaf, Pepper, 1/4 cup Flour, 50G Butter, 500G Smoked Fish, 3 mashed cooked Potatoes, chopped Parsley, Salt to taste: Bring Onion, Milk Bay leaf & Pepper to boil, add Flour & Butter mixed to a paste to hot milk mix, return to heat and heat until thickens, add Smoked Fish & heat through. Pour into ovenproof dish and cover with mashed Potatoes, sprinkle with Parsley. Grill until golden brown.
