Plum Sauce

3 Kilograms Plums
3 Kilograms White Sugar
1 ½ Liters Vinegar
1 Dessertspoon Common Salt
12 Grams Allspice tied in a bag

Place ingredients together and boil together for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Remove allspice bag, Bring back to boil and bottle.
