Jelly Cake

Mix a red jelly in about 1-¼ cups of boiling water. Stir well and put in fridge to cool but not set.

Crush finely 1 packet of vanilla wine biscuits and mix in 200 grams of melted butter

Flatten the biscuit mixture into a well-greased Swiss roll tin. Put in fridge to set for about 10 minutes

Dissolved 3 teaspoons of gelatine in ¼ cup of boiling water. Let cool

In a bowl mix a tin condensed mix, quarter cup of lemon juice, and cooled gelatine. Mix well. Pour over biscuit base and let set for 10 minutes.

Gently spoon over jelly over condensed milk layer. Place back in fridge to fully set. Cut into squares
