Gerkins

1 1/ CUps Cider Vinegar

2 1/2 Desterspoons Mustard seeds

2 Desterspoon Curry Powder

1 Cup Sugar

8 Cups Water + 1 Cup

1/2 cup plain salt

Slice gerkins or leave whole if small. Stand for about 5 hours, or overnight in 8 Cups of water and salt. Drain and rince well 

Put all other ingredients into saucepan and boil for 2 minutes if sliced or 30 seconds if unsliced

Pur into heated jars and seal
