Fish & Rice Soup

1 finely chopped Onion, 1 finely chopped clove of Garlic, Butter, 6 cups Fish Stock, 1 cup long grain Rice, cubed Fish, Scallops, Prawns, Mussels etc, 1 cup unsweetened natural Yogurt, Parsley. Sauté onion & garlic in butter and add to fish stock & bring to boil, add rice and cook for approximately 7 minutes, add cubed fish, prawns, scallops, mussels etc, cook approximately 4 minutes until all cooked, add yogurt and bring to boil, but do not boil. Add parsley when serving.
