Drambuie Ice Cream

1 Egg
1 Cup of Cream
2 teaspoons Sugar
5 Tablespoons Drambuie
Separate egg. Whisk egg white to stiff peaks. Combine egg yolk, cream and sugar and whisk till you get golden coloured peaks. Add Drambuie and whisk back to soft peaks. Carefully fold in Egg whites. get as muck air as possible in. Then freeze in freezer
