Crumbed Cheesy Chicken
2/3 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
3cups breadcrumbs
2 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
2 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
2-teaspoon garlic salt
Flour
2 small to medium skinless boneless breasts cut into strips
4 eggs
2-cup milk
Oil for shallow frying, Olive Oil is good
Melted butter
Tablespoons lemon juiceMix together Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, chives, parsley and garlic salt in a shallow flat dish. Coat the chicken in flour, shaking of any excess flour. Then dip in combined milk and egg mixture. Coat the chicken with the crumbed mixture. Once all the chicken is coated once repeat until the crumbed mixture is used up.
Shallow fry the chicken until golden brown. Pour lemon juice and butter over to when serving.
